A:Our warranty period is one year, plz send us the picture or video of how it malfunctioned so I can submit the reports to our quality department, once approved, we will send you replacements with next order or give you refunds
4.Q:Do you provide free samples ?
A:Normally we don’t offer free samples to our clients, sample fee will be refundable once first bulk order is placed.
